Hey all ! Just figure i introduce myself as I joined the site not too long ago and have been lurking around reading various topics. I've learned quite a bit from the site and am starting to get really interested in investing into real estate.

I'm 22 years old and graduated in May 2013 from Fairleigh Dickinson University with a degree in Business Administration. I started working for a real estate management/development company in Hoboken NJ starting Sept 2013. Currently the company owns 16 buildings, all being either commercial, residential, or mixed. Part of my role at the company is project development for current new construction projects, property management, and a bit of office/administrative work. I've learned an immense (IMMENSE) amount of valuable information in the 7'ish months i've been here and love every second of it.

I hope i am able to share and gain some knowledge on here. Eventually i'd like to take what i have in savings and start investing it into a variety of different real estate niches. My main goal is a steady cash flow that you could eventually live comfortably off of. I am still amateur as to how i will accomplish this but I've absorbed a few ideas in the "Starting Out" section of the site.

Thanks
