Hello my name is Davie Olivo. I live in queens new york. I am very new to real estate and really would like to know more about it and how it can help me establish wealth. I am a law Enforcement Officer for New york State and I like many others working full time quickly realize that come retirement time having to live off of 50% of what I am making now is not going to keep me going on easy street. In fact the rate things are going not half of what I make would leave me in the street. I am a married man and me and my wife have plans to have a little one soon. I want to be able to provide for my family and also provide them with a legacy. I am sure many of you can relate to wanting more for your own children. I do not want them to have the struggle that me and my parents had. I would like to leave this world knowing that I was able to do at least two things. Help increase Gods Kingdom on Earth and give my family the head start that I never got. I came across some books by Robert Kiyosaki and event attended some of his free seminars about real estate investing. I am also in the process of attending one of his 3 day courses on real estate investing. While reading the work book provided I came across this site and found additional information. I really look forward to reading and learning from everyone that is on this site.
