As I see it I have a few options: Remove the shed from my coverage, shop for other homeowners insurance hoping they won't make the same demands, or comply and spend thousands of dollars in repairs as requested.Anything helps!

So I took it up on my self to call and have the electric put in my name cause I knew what he meant by shouting **** down around here..So we went all weekend thinking since the guy came Friday and talked with him and he knew what was going on and he knew cause this was his 3rd time to deal with norma and will roberts that he wasn't turning it off cause there wasn't no bang out here they were going to be working . they were just trying to force us out and make us leave and leave hafe of ourvstuff here cause he had already had the locks changed on the shop were all our tools were and our other things that we had stored in there.but in oklahoma I did know what I could do about any of this cause now ive came home to a generator running my house to keep lights going anf my freg amd things and ive got the shitvthatvthe hole world is scared of.so I'm corninten to this place for at least 3 weeks the earliest . and I'm not wantingvtobhere this noisy thing that long.

Lenders have changed the way that they lend and are being more conservative in many instances to mitigate risk. shoot me a message when youre ready I'll give you the contact info to a few lenders with really strong programs s that you can start to shop them, this way when the dust settles not the pandemic you'll have a few options and new relationships.
