Purchasing during the Corona Era

Hello everyone. First and foremost I hope everyone is safe and staying at home until this is over.

This is my first post ever!! Whoop whoop!! Lol.

So we are in the process of purchasing our first rental property. My question to the forum is, do you think it is wise to get our first property now or should be wait it out?

We are pre-approved and we are now shopping around. What are your thoughts. Thank you
