Before I go and make my own super spreadsheet I figured I'd throw this question out.I'd like to find (preferably), otherwise I'll make, a Real Estate calculator that takes the generic inputs such as:* Purchase Price* Interest* Length/Duration* Additional Costs* Income (Rent/Vacancy rate, etc)* Holding length (years)* Value appreciation per year (%)* Numbers adjusted based on estimated inflationand outputs all the benefits such as annual depreciation, appreciation, etc, including a few graphs?

Sure enough, if you complain about it, then they may extend the length of time to perhaps another month or two.
