What do private loan contracts typically look like for a standard loan? Terms? Length? Interest?

    This varies significantly. They could be 12 month I/O, they could be a 30 year am with 5 year balloon. It depends on the situation. You can have them be whatever both parties agree too. I would never to a private loan under 8%. Typically we are 9-12%.
