Anyone have a RE calc that includes inflation, appreciation %/year, & depreciation?

Before I go and make my own super spreadsheet I figured I'd throw this question out.

I'd like to find (preferably), otherwise I'll make, a Real Estate calculator that takes the generic inputs such as:
* Purchase Price
* Interest
* Length/Duration
* Additional Costs
* Income (Rent/Vacancy rate, etc)
* Holding length (years)
* Value appreciation per year (%)
* Numbers adjusted based on estimated inflation

and outputs all the benefits such as annual depreciation, appreciation, etc, including a few graphs? Would love to get a better idea of the full benefit and breakdown of my next purchase.

Like I said, I can make my own if one doesn't exist but I haven't found one so far that includes all of the above.

Cheers
