My impression from reading everything I could read about DTI on bigger pockets is that the latter is how DTI is most commonly calculated.

My impression of the program is basically this:Figure out after repair value Find contractor and get approved Get bids on work to be performedContractor gets paid in installments, with check- insAt the end, the deal closes  

At least that the impression that i get.

I was under the impression that if I keep my equity under 20% there is a good chance I don't have to provide a personal guarantee.
