There are a variety of free options. One of them is to use TenantCloud which is free property management software. I'm a manager with over 300 units and was impressed with what it can do, particularly for free. Load your property in the system and it will market it to a variety of websites for you. A friend of mine used it here in small-town Wyoming and was amazed at how much exposure it gave his rentals.

The software will also help you screen tenants, track rent, contact information, maintenance, and much more. It's free for up to 75 units. For $10 a month you can add online payments.
