Is wholesaling legal in CT or MA as a licensed Realtors?

I am a licensed realtor in CT and MA. I want to start a direct mail campaign to gain leads to purchase my own properties and I want to wholesale the property that I will not be investing is, is this legal ? or should I stick to acting as an agent?

It's legal. You're selling a contract. When you market a wholesale, you're marketing the contract. Make sure that's clear when searching for a cash buyer. Then you're safe.
