@Jonathan Perez Those are good sites to obtain a contract temporarily (you'll need to add specifics at one point) or simply to save a couple bucks when you seek a lawyer.For example, in some contract, you'll need to add disclosure (for responsibility purpose) or some remedies clauses (what happen if someone doesn't pay for example).Even us lawyer will use templates and then customized it to every situation (because almost every situation is different).That said, every good contract is available for free so I would not advise paying for them.

We buy about 2 to 4 a month.. most are not deals but you get the occasional one like we do that makes sense.and it can be frustrating when you win a bid only to have it rejected 10 days later... then put back up.. at first it pissed me off but now I just roll with it watch it and bid again.. ( full disclosure I don't actually do the bidding someone working with me does  LOL so its not all that frustrating to me personally)  We do a lot in AL though at courthouse
