Buying With Your DBA Name in Texas

I am located here in the DFW and so far I have been buying in my personal name, but would like to use my DBA in the mean time if thats acceptable. My DBA is registered with the corresponding county I do business in.

The DBA name / and or assigns for the buyer would go on page 1 paragraph 1 of the TREC contract . Parties to the contract where I would list my DBA name as the buyer instead of my personal name.

Does anyone know if this is legal?

It is no big deal. Just write your DBA name on the Contract. Then give the title company proof that you are the owner of the DBA. Also, open a bank account with your DBA name so you can deposit your checks (made payable to your DBA) from the title company.
