Anyone ever use rocket lawyer before? If so, as a newbie, should I get my rental application and lease from there?

I use Rocket Lawyer for everything.  Even though I am not a lawyer, I have quite a bit of background in contract law, so I am able to start with their templates, but then add and subtract some things using their free form editor.

I really like it, but you still need to understand what's being produced, know what it is doing and know what you can and cannot / should and should not edit to fit your purposes.
