I like to compare incomes for the census tract versus the block to narrow things.  

When my offer was accepted I drove to the property and circled around the block about 4-5 times, I said to myself "what did I just get myself into".

(Blocking calendar for dates you may have been able to fill at a higher rate). 

More expereienced folks are in the local REIAs then BP from my being around the block.  

It was a block from where I was renting and was from a wholesaler.

Again, the professional should be able to explain the cause on the invoice so you can verify it's a faulty part and not a bad renter.When the freezer works but the fridge doesn't, that's usually because something is blocking air flow from the freezer compartment.

Any particular parts of Philadelphia or do you try and lump them all in a few blocks from each other?
