Once a week I go out with other investors looking at shell properties.

Technically we are each other's competition on each property; but it tends to be a huge advantage getting different perspectives,  resources & collective knowledge. I don't act as anyone's agent; but certainly advice is there if anyone actually wants my thoughts.

@Joe White I would love to join you guys if you wouldn’t mind. I am not necessarily looking for shell properties but would love to just learn from more experienced investors in terms what you look for in a property. I can’t add too many value with my lack of experience but I can bring coffee for everyone!!
