I have been fortunate to visit many Asian countries and befriend a great many filipino, japanese, korean, thai, and vietnamese during my stay in Hawaii.

I visited with them over the phone, but saw their locations in Cleveland while I was visiting.  

while was in grad school learned renting out spare room(s) to other students was the only option, cuz renting to general public generally brought lots of noise, partying, crying kids, family visiting for weeks months on end, parking crowding, etc.whereas college/grad kids usually come with a guarantee from parent(s) or even scholarship stipend plus do have to study alot depending on the major. even if ur not living in the building generally students studying for exams is great energy whereas couples fighting with babies in the background is the opposite and affected my studies and my sleep!

It will track every trip I make by car (or train ;) ) and ask me if it was for business or personal- it will allow me to classify each trip (going for supplies, visiting buildings) and it will even auto classify recurring trips.

Hi Eric - I hope your visit to Greensboro was productive.

If I need to travel to check on rentals or do business, it's my hometown so I can visit friends and write that off as a business trip.

This is a nightmare because  each time they visit its a bill.

@Michael Ohman    I am also an out of state investor that invests in Cleveland.....I flew out to Cleveland last year and talked with and met a number of agents and property managers including visiting the offices of @James Wise .

Since i will wither if I am exposed to weather below 60 degrees,  extreme humidity or swarms of bugs, when are the best times to visit Detroit?
