I have a great social network and I always do my best to expand it.

If you're getting an A from your tenant, you are spending far too much time socializing with them and being their whipping boy.

I am Canadian with complete US Business entity, Fed Tax Id, LLC have filed 2 tax returns and did 29 deals in Buffalo, NY.

I prefer aggressive agents that reach out to me and are savvy with social media.  

I don't do any of that and just log in to sites directly.There use to be a service where you could log into all your social networking sites in one shot but they would always have issues with the sites syncing up etc. and I found it too much to keep up with.These days I just have a few sites I keep a presence on and forget everything else.

To invest in another country you want to be comfortable first and foremost with that nation's stability, socially and economically (currency).

If they can't take notes or don't have a pen or a memory, not sure I need to hear from them.Besides, I can use them in social settings as well, my world doesn't revolve around a business deal. :)
