I am there everyday and see the newer landlords getting an education on what not to do when renting in the city.

If we had the space to accommodate the needs of animals and were working with folks who could afford the higher rents to cover our additional expense, then we might see things differently.We do make reasonable accommodations.

Returned to Tampa, before going out to see the nation.I still have some friends and family back there, so plan to return to the area in the (near) future.

My attorney and my CPA are both real estate investors, so they see things from my perspective and are sharpening their skills and strategies on their own deals as well as on mine.  

I'm sorry - but maybe I'm missing something here.Maybe it's me- I only place under contract properties that I thoroughly research, I know the area, drive to see the property, etc.

There is a reason successful people use professionals.Lastly, I'd say to those who never talked to a professional probably don't see the light and believe the cost to engage a professional is too much.

I keep seeing videos where teachers say that they never see the property..Never see the seller.And email the contract..How do they email the contract and get it signed??
