Newbie in Land investing from Tampa, FL

Hey BP crowd! I'm brand spanking new to the world of real estate. So new, I'm just closing on my first home (to live in, not invest in). I found a couple podcasts by accident on the concept of flipping land. One of the podcasts was from BP and had Seth in it. The idea of getting into REI without a huge bankroll seemed the best part of it. I have a background in sales and also have a pretty solid grasp on online marketing so I have a few tricks up my sleeve when it comes to reselling (hopefully) But in the meantime I'm getting ready to learn by doing. If anyone else is out there in the land flipping market, any advice would be welcome!
