If it is not in an HOA, then you do not have the restrictions on who you rent to (HOA can reject someone from renting in their community). 

This assumption may prove wrong for a number reasons.First, most WDs except restrictions, easements and current year taxes from the warranty so if a problem arises related to one of them it probably won't be covered by the warranty and there's no cause of action for a breach. 

Just make sure that you don’t have any deed restrictions for mobile homes. 

As for #3, I know OH has the most restrictive wholesale criteria in the country (and honestly, I'm not an expert in OH deals), but the double closing is not acting like an agent in the transaction. 

In Miami there doesn’t seem to be any restrictions on building so new condo buildings go up every day.

I believed they also lifted the eligibility cap this year, so you are not restricted on how much you can spend on the next VA loan. 

Tell her with restrictions lifting, things are opening up. 

Of course keep in mind there are local restrictions that go beyond the HEROES Act.
