I'm looking for a recommendation for a commercial leasing agent for a retail restaurant & bar space that I recently purchased in Skykomish, Washington by Stevens pass. 

Everyone's responses were much better than the cheesy ones my teenagers gave just to shut me up.

There's a lot of historical homes in the downtown area that have been converted to businesses, with restaurants, small pubs, etc. accessible from the sidewalks.The big Deschutes River runs through the entire region and has people floating, paddleboarding, etc. in summers.

He was pulling in tankers to haul away the waste until he got the park shut down. 

Then, you have to either leave that circuit shut off, or fix wiring that you're planning to tear out later anyway.

regardless, it seems like the steam valve on the other side of the radiator is malfunctioning - its supposed to let cool air escape so steam can get into the radiator then shut off when it heats up from escaping steam.

I'd give them a $25 gift card to a popular restaurant for their inconvenience, and thank them for their patience.

Long story short, tenant moved out with almost four months of unpaid rent, utilities shut off, and she caused about $4,000 in damages.Over $2,000 in rent reductions and the tenant repaid her with $4,000 in damages and almost $5,000 in unpaid rent.Your mileage may vary.
