Referral for Commercial Leasing agent

I'm looking for a recommendation for a commercial leasing agent for a retail restaurant & bar space that I recently purchased in Skykomish, Washington by Stevens pass.  The space has great visibility off highway 2 and would make a fantastic bar & grille for the apres ski crowd.  I have had some difficulty finding the right agent who is excited about the project since it is far away from Seattle.  Thank you everyone on bigger pockets in advance!

@Cody L. I put up a big banner outside and posted it on loop net. I can always use a lawyer for the lease. Im not just looking for any agent but someone with restaurant experience and a passion for tbe project. Like anything, I’ll probably care about marketing it more than anyone else.
