Christmas Gifts For Tenants

Hey guys, I have great tenants across the board this year. I'd like to get them all something for Christmas.

What are some good (somewhat universal) presents that are maybe $100-200?

I’d invite them over to my personal residence for eggnog and gingerbread cookies while the Andy Williams Christmas album was playing to soften the mood and help them get into the spirit . After they finish their ham and turkey dinner I’d give each tenant a big screen led TV and a stocking stuffed with care with little trinkets they enjoy such as a pack of Newport’s , some lotto tickets and a large bottle of mad dog booze .
