I've been land-lording for 35 years and I've gone back and forth with this issue.I had SFH and MF and in the case of the SFH, I've interviewed PM's and one fellow suggested I get a landscaper and use a plumber I can call up and send over.

@Daniel Luedtke never let tenants in a duplex, triplex or quad do their own landscaping, it almost never works out.
