Anyone successfully buying at $20k rehabbing & selling @ $60-70k?
Seems flipping at these low margins doesn't leave much on the bone. Are you doing low end rehabs? Most of what I am seeing is that the properties need at least a new roof, siding, and landscaping, not leaving much for interior work. I'm sure the numbers work for holding, but I'm not into the rental game at the moment.

I do these all the time but do not flip them, instead I rent them out. It just makes more sense that way and you can reap the rewards for the long term. Just get a good property management company in place and continue doing them!
