Best way to handle repairs in contract?
What's your tried and true method of handling repairs and payment for them? We have done the anything below $250, tenant is responsible for but hasn't worked out because they sometimes do subpar work and try to fix themselves to save money. But then again, not sure we want to be on call for every little thing. Or do we...!?
