Think of it this way , the PM company has 100 houses they manage ,  Hit 50 houses a month for a $ 200 repair , thats 10 grand a month or $ 120K a year .   

A few grand maybe, but not tens of thousands.

Especially some of the turnkey players sell their deals based on cheap financing and people are paying as much as 20 grand over retail based on leveraged cash flow.

In the nearby city, Casa Grande they just opened the Lucid Motors EV car company’s manufacturing as well.
