Greetings BP Community!
I've been diligently reading forum posts, blogs and listening to podcasts to learn as much as possible about wholesaling and investing in general. At some point, though, I know I need to jump in and take action, knowing that some learning will come "on the job".

Having said that, I don't have big(ger) pockets yet so I'm looking to make an initial investment of ~$1000. I have a very supportive, yet cautious wife who's agreed to let me use some of our savings to get started.

Any thoughts on how best to invest $1000? Is this even a realistic starting amount? Thanks in advance for your input.

Brian

Invest it in education...on how to develop, analyze, etc...deals.  Then, you partner with someone with the funds/credit.  You're the brains, they're the funds.  You need each other, so this works well.
