Best way to let contractor access funds to buy supplies

Hi smart flippers,

When you have a project going on and your contractor needs constantly buy supplies from HomeDepot, and you cannot accompany him to the store each time, how do you handle the situations? I heard you can buy a HD debit card and the spending on it is trackable and you can refill the card remotely from your HD credit card?

I appreciate any suggestions. Thanks.

Nancy

HD will allow the contractor to go to the contractor's checkout and have the cashier call you with a total and you can pay over the phone.  If you have an idea of how much the contractor should be spending, that will give you some additional control.
