In the past, when I have created an EIN for an LLC, the IRS has asked whether the LLC should be treated as a corporation or partnership, for which I've only ever selected partnership. 

I think my plan is to put everything into trust so that it can create cash flow forever - well, not forever, but for a while long enough that the people I knew get off the planet.

Im also curious, what type of marketing are you doing in your area (ie: flyers, door hangers, pens, calendars, magnets) to create a presence?

I was actually looking to create a win-win.

My initial attempts have been to create a FB business page, and add as much content as I can, in hopes of staying in front of my contacts.

How much will they be to create, amend, and review each year?

It is best to talk to attorney, as there are other factories involved in creating LLC, such as partnering with others, leaving the asset to future generations and many more.

What I am trying to do is create some cards maybe the size of a postcard that I could hand out with information on how my company can benefit my target audience.
