around 20-30%...thats the trend usually seen in Nevada giga factory...factory hosts mostly blue collar jobs. white collar guys rarely visit those factories except when needed 

If it's clean, no problem, and if they find liens or other clouds, you will know what the issues are.

We host a meetup called pints & properties we have a meetup in Nashua on 4/15 and a virtual meetup on 4/29 both are posted under the events tab here on BP.

My husband and I are closing on a new build townhouse in the next few weeks and within the next few months are hoping to househack it by hosting travel nurses (we have checked our HOA bylaws and there is nothing in the document restricting it).

With another Multifamily added, I can't imagine how to functionally remain in the Stone Age.Please be kind enough to provide recommendations for Cloud Based services, preferably with an App, that will help me move my current 8 Plex into the Cloud (& preferably accompanying App) and help me prepare for the new acquisition. 

The abstract also serves as a cloud on title which will prevent the tenant from selling or purchasing property (in-state), unless your judgment is satisfied.

Does Anyone have any general set of rules for hosting an open house?

I fear hosting cats even as a former cat owner, for reasons I learned here, but we made this exception.
