Open House General Guidelines for Safety and Covid concerns
Does Anyone have any general set of rules for hosting an open house? Looking to have an open house but biggest concern would be safety. Letting folks into the home without knowing who they are and no prior history with them. I typically do not know how qualified some buyers are and with Covid going on, it can become a concern for many face-to-face interactions with no due diligence done beforehand.
For example, I have heard of people taking pictures of licenses prior to showing them around or a form with general information to fill out for people interested in the open house. Any other ideas? Thanks in advance.
