It works best if YOU charge a 5% surcharge for maintenance, hold it, then release it only for the repairs on your list, with the excess not spent at close of escrow going to the new owner.

Well it’s not likely your going to find out who the person was so if it was me I’d take it to a lake stream or body of water and dump it out of respect for the dead I wouldn’t just toss it in the trash .
