I went to college and bounced around in law enforcement for a number of years and currently working in Federal Collections - I am currently own and 2family in Manchester NH and getting back into investing after the crash of the mortgage business - I was a mortgage broker back then too so I feel your pain of over analyzing - so it's back to the basics for me too - so have you started marketing and looking for deals of your own?
