@Ned Carey I used the 50% rule at first and went deeper when it seemed to be one of the better deals in the area.

Anyway, I have been on BP for a few weeks now listening to podcasts and reading others' posts and thought this was the perfect time to dive in.

I am Chenelle Tucker from Rocky Mount, NC and I am very new to the deeper side of Real Estate, the closest I've come was selling homes as a Sales Counselor for Jim Walter Homes, stick built and modular homes.

And many are very happy and satisfied having a well which they should be but as many have found out, wells can go dry and even if you go deeper you still have a dry well.

I am diving in full force and don't want to miss any opportunities.
