I plan to live in one of the new units long term but will rent out the second new 2 bed 2 bath unit at the market rental rate.

We will also have a short/mid term lease agreement put together for renting out these rental properties with an intention to further limit liability. 

In the process of coming up with a legal agreement between us, we cannot figure out how to address when we have differences on how to solve disagreements on repairs.

If so I'd love to hear about your experience and what you like/dislike about the area.I'd also like to know if you have any agents you've worked with that I could reach out to.

So I haven't officially started yet as we're out of state, but I'm thinking after I start driving for dollars and building a list to market to, the next biggest hurdle will be a buyer list, but from what I've been told, the right deal will draw the money.

His message was quite simple: Until you've been humbled, you have not figured out this business.

He does a great job for all of my out of state investor clients.

@Amyson Varughese either figure out the eviction process or hire an experienced attorney that all they do is evictions.Otherwise, your tenant will teach YOU a lesson!
