I’ve  always loved houses and the building process since I was a little girl watching my dad.

The house is townhome, located close to Lake Nona, build in 2022.

Besides real estate investing we are passionate about family, small farming, growing healthy foods, and building community.

I am looking to build a SFR on .5 acre in AZ.

After a brief engagement, they understood never to come around that building again.I yanked a few others out, with less physical force, but I knew the risks.

I’m super active on IG @investwithzasha and live on Maui with flips, rentals, RV parks, office and apartment buildings plus other cool projects coming from $0 on Maui to multi-millionaire.

So… #1 stole my business documents. #2 this $600k I keep seeing @Kris Thomas quoting everywhere is a lie.

I'd build on an infill lot closer to downtown. you can get land within the downtown markets and construct multifamily properties through the same process and higher units and better floorplans. we just passed our first triplex in central ohio and are breaking ground in 3 weeks. 

@Phil SheltonI owned triplexes in Queens, looked into it, and found it totally senseless for a number of reasons.I had a boiler and hot water tank for each building.
