Hello. I am Mike Mattingly and together with my wife Sharon, are looking at beginning the adventure of real estate investing. We will be looking for single family or small multi-family rentals to fix up and rent. We are looking to produce an income and value over time. It might be anywhere in the country but right now are interested in areas our kids and grand kids are in. These include Maine, Massachusetts, Virginia, and Michigan. Besides real estate investing we are passionate about family, small farming, growing healthy foods, and building community.
