Hi Everyone, My name is Elda and I am fairly new to real estate investing. I am 28 years old and I’ve been inspired to invest in real estate to create generational wealth for my family. My dad worked as a contractor for over 30 years and now I am looking to start a family business (he is retired). We have chosen single family housing rehabbing (fix & flip) I am looking for mentorship and great people to guide me or even partner with this field.
