@Angel McClinton, I'm in the game on fourplexes in NW Houston, specifically Cypress and Spring. 

26 lots, 20 park owned mobile homes, 4 acres. city water and sewer

A oil fired boiler , a water conditioning system , an oil fired hot water heater , a 4 zone mini split  system , 2 sump pumps , a refrigerator and the stove .

My question is that I can get another job down in Florida as a fireman but would have to pay $7,000 to get certified at a fire academy and it is 6 months and i couldnt start until next spring.

Nowadays we have so many resources available so we can dip our toes in the water first before completely diving into an industry.
