I love freebies , for a days worth of time

I got a call this morning at 7 am from a guy that has heavy equipment .  He tells me to meet him at this house he is tearing down , it has some stuff I may want . I am half asleep and was planning on sleeping in on a Saturday morning . ( It NEVER happens) . The house is on the waterfront , it flooded 5 years ago , everything in the basement was replaced .  I spent all day today with my haul of goodies .  A oil fired boiler , a water conditioning system , an oil fired hot water heater , a 4 zone mini split  system , 2 sump pumps , a refrigerator and the stove . ALL in excellent shape .  The oil tank had 200 gallons in it , I had to help him pump it out , he will use it in his equipment  ( heating oil is diesel fuel ) .

I will use the conditioner right away on 1 rental with hard water . the rest of the stuff will be replacements for other rentals I have .
