Any meet ups in Colorado Springs?

There are a few investor groups that meet in Colorado Springs.

I own a duplex in Clermont, FL just outside of Orlando and initially wanted to split water meters between the two units, but the cost and amount of work were higher than expected.

Hello all,What have you seen re: water meters.

In the desert it costs me LESS than $20 for water.

I am guessing that the vast majority of homes 10+ years old had some sort of water damage at some point, most had probably several.My own home is only a few years old and we had the washer spring a leak and a few years later the RO system in the kitchen started leaking into the cabinet.Seller disclosures are pretty useless in my opinion.

That said I would spring for the connection if that was the only issue.  

Tenants stopped paying electric and water.
