I don't think your wood planks or bead board are going to look good and I'm not sure its going to be as easy as you think to go over the popcorn, as the surface isn't going to be smooth.

Hopefully everything goes smooth but just want to make sure I am covering my basis in case they give me a hard time and make sure I do everything by the book.

Everything's running smoothly so far, I hope the rest of the process goes just as well. 

So I'm only frustrated with the communication, but it's definitely not been smooth sailing for me.

We met up with them in the office and it turns out the moved software systems and it was not a smooth transition and that's why the price all of a sudden reverted.

Hey @Chris Gillins hopefully the inspection will go smoothly and you are able to move in there quickly, I am sure your kids will appreciate it greatly since they will all have a bedroom now. keep us updated.

Now that Apartments.com has finished their acquisition it is running pretty smoothly overall and does everything you'd want it to do for .  .

It was definitely more difficult at moments not being able to get into your car and drive to the property but once you set up a good team in the area youre investing in (realtor, banker, handyman etc) things go very nice and smooth.
