But did you remember to scan/keep a copy for your own records?

Just state in the description  that it's under renovation and include a few renderings of the new kitchen/bath or pics of the new cabinets materials etc. 

I store everything electronically, so that would save me from having to scan everything.

Load Bearing is not evident from the pics. 

A lot of non load bearing walls are built with double top plate because studs are precut from factory and it is more complicated to switch back and forth between 2 diff wall types.according to your pics one of those walls is going to be load bearing most likely not all of them.

However, my first preference would be to take out the whole wall.Attached is a pic I took during one a walk through.

(I always hire a photographer) Pics are everything when listing a property especially if there is alot of rental competiton in the area.

The weird thing about it, is that you can make the rentals look presentable, and safe, and take pics of it before they move in.

I do have pics of property and comes with almost 2 acres of land so that you can build on if you wish.
