HelloI would like to know how can i create a Prent LLC and child LLC for individual rental properties.

Fast forward to two years ago...We moved into a SFH due to the arrival of my second child.

I had a similar experience a while back, when out of curiosity one day, I got my birth certificate and put the address of the first house that I lived in as  a child in Google Maps.  

So according to the US Government, that's where children will Often Desire to eat lead paint chips, and based on that logic the Lead Laws of Detroit make sense.And based on that same logic, if that exact same house was in Brighton, and the exact same child moved into it, he/she would not have the "Desire to Eat Lead Paint Chips".

Various collections, non payment of child support, and a six-figure federal lien...
