Lender (Seller Finance) Delay
I purchased a property ~1 year ago using seller financing and have now decided to sell the property. The financing agreement with the previous owner is current and all provisions of the deed have been fulfilled. The closing title company needs him to complete a few forms to verify he doesn't have any liens, judgements, and to fund him. Unfortunately the lender (previous owner) has made it clear that he's not in a hurry to help me close, and we've already had to extend the contract period once.
I'm looking for advice on this one, legal or otherwise. This is in San Antonio, TX for reference.
