Owners mistakenly ASSUME all PMCs offer the exact SAME SERVICES and PERFORM those services EXACTLY THE SAME WAY, so price is the only differentiator – so, they often select the first PMC they call or that calls them back!

He thought it was worth more than it was, but had not actually been inside the property.

So, why are there so many posts here on BP from owners complaining about their terrible service?

Actually had one this week, but had not sent the property to the client because it wasn't really that great of a deal.   

The manager/owner, Darlene Brown, is local to Austin and charges less than the standard 20% gross profits that the national management services charge.

As long as rent gets paid I don't actually care who is and is not on assistance. 

Wanting to know if we would be interested in their cold call service.
