Getting called by VA services

So I have been getting calls by different companies/individuals. Wanting to know if we would be interested in their cold call service. The latest one I received today was a person that wanted to know if I was interested in the VA service. The real problem I had to ask about four times what they were saying and then I only picked out part of it. I figured if that was a sample of what the general public was going to be receiving then I was not interested.

Oddly enough, I am interested in somebody to at least answer our inbound calls since we get so much spam calls. I'm not sure how to interest a VA for such a small gig but I'm sure it could turn into something bigger. Finding one that can speak good English could be a challenge. Has anyone had positive results with the?
