Multi family development

Hello,
I am new to the community and this is my first post.

I secured a multi family lot to build approximately 16 condo units on. Would just like to reach out to the community for any advice or tips on getting funding to help with the project.

I know typical banks will not lend for spec builds.

I have completed other small Developements ( duplexes, triplex etc)

I have about 20% to put into the project and the market is very strong.

Any feedback would be great

Thanks

@Chelsea Cowgur

Starting services in about a week and footings for the first 7 units right after.

Excited to get started!

After all the planning it’s going to be 13 units total,

One 4plex and three 3plexes
