Maybe look for a 4-5 Bedroom house near jobs or a university, the more bedrooms you have the more income you can create.

So lot's of new agents (not all) are about the most dollar they can get as they tend to have big splits with their brokerages being new agents 50/50 or 60/40 etc.My Universe is much different.
